For this particular task, I am going to do digital matte painting.

With the advancement of film technology, matte painting has been performed in various ways through out different time period, both traditional form and current digtal form. This technique covers art and live action to create illusion and appear an image to be  moving. In the film industry this technique can be very cost saving, efficient and convinient.

Under matte painting there are several principle which includes green screening or chroma keying,



Influence artist:
George Melies: From the mid to 19th century, photographers were continuously experimenting with double exposure to produce a full composite image. Melies basically painted the glass in black colour as a main background. this trick lets black matte to keep light from reaching the main camera. As a result, the portion which are not exposed to light will appear empty.

Procedure:

Matte painting and set design/
software used: Adobe photoshop

Tracking;
Moca Pro : This software allows me to capture 3D tracking data, and export them in Nuke.






For this task I will be using one of the industry standard software namely The foundry Nuke X.  This software is very handy when it comes to compositing and widely used throughout the world. unlike, software like after effects,
