I had an opportunity to understand film shooting including audio recording works on real set.
We were provided a copy of  double system sound>

*The 2 "Umbrella" Categories
1.Condenser Mics
2.Dynamic Mics
These are the mikes that are used mostly in the studios.(95%) Use rate. These can be further classified into 8 different key ways.

1. Frequency Response: This type of mike work better in high frequency instruments like acoustic guitar, cymbals, piano etc. where as dynamic mics work better on low mid frequency instruments such as drums and electric guitar cabs. Just for better understanding, more complex they are, much better to learn.

2. Diaphragm size and weight.
They work well with high frequencies because they are smaller lighter diaphragm to capture sound.
Note: high frequencies contain less energy compared to  low frequencies, as a result they don't have as much power to move mass plus they are far less responsive.

3. Internal Circuitry
The positive side of heavier diaphragm is that the larger mass produces voltages by movement just to cancel the necessity of extra power source. for this reason they are know to be passive.
As opposed to Dynamic mics, Condenser mics are active and needs phantom power to boost voltages that are weak. There for condenser mic allows to record higher gain and softness of sound.

4. Diaphragm Durability
The lighter diaphragms can result to be more fragile. They also may get damaged with sound pressure levels. (SPL)

Therefore, The stronger diaphragms of dynamics results better with drums and other type of louder instruments. Likewise,

5. General Durability.
Dynamic mics are strongly structured resulting a long term usage. When accidentally dropped, it stays pretty well and unmentionable.

6. Resistance to Moisture:
Environmental challenges are often hard to deal with. Specially for the equipment and its safety, its is crucial for one to be aware of what kind of mic they prefer. Dynamic mics are   works well under humidity but may results problem under extreme Humidity.

7. Gain before Feedback: you can  receive higher gain before occurrence of feed back.

8. Price Tag
price range-
$400-$500(dynamic mics)
Condenser mics- $5-10 grand each.

The sub-categories of mics

Types:
Large diagram condenser mics
small diagram condenser mics
dynamic mics
bass mics
Multi Pattern Mics
Usb Mics
Boundary Mics
Shotgun Mics

For this particular project, we will be using shot gun mics>
>We use shot gun microphone/that cancels noise>

Lens/camera> Imaginary line while shooting/Creating eyeliner for the set and actors
Its very important to communicate among crew members/problem saving.
Loud an clear voice from diaphragm.
Booming>where to direct.
Soundly> healthy 9 negative 12 to 6)(bouncy)
setting should be adjusted to 48 by 24 record format.

AC> basically supply necessary gears for camera man, usually sits besides Camera.
