 With the absence of a tutor, we are meant to have a class meeting,

As discussed with my team leader, I was assigned to figure out how many students from 1st year are attending for Think and Create, to be precise what different sort of activities such as artwork, animation videos, 

I have mistakenly taken it as a discord meeting but is a class meeting.
