As movie and video production is growing rapidly. It is a means to tell a story to the world. I have a long-term goal to work as visual effects and compositing supervisor having a strong foundation in filmmaking/ animation and visual effects. But as a short term goal, I would like to work in a reputable animation company and after gathering technical skills I would like to establish my own visual effects company/ gaming company that emphasizes on motion capture and facial camera tracking. as I have done it in the past I find it exciting.
what kind of company culture do you want to work or create?
A a friendly culture where everybody seems encouraging and friendly. A company where there is less pressure. as Most of the companies these days ofter push their employee to finish the task on time rather than proving quality stuff to it, I would emphasize reducing pressure and provide quality content to my client. The company will Primarily be based in Nepal. (small industry to be precise).

If possible establish an institute that focuses on visual effects, movie making. primarily targeted to fresh pass-outs in order to grow human force in the country. Teaching is provided at the core level.
Besides this, I would like to form a band in near future and own my own recording studio. genres for my band might vary from rock, metal, pop-rock. Despite this, I want to work on music, form a band, record labels, own a personal recording studio.

Alpha when red/ normally they are black and white/ depending on renders it may occur that alpha damped red channel.
ned to be aware of having a small mistake coming through to the final.
foreground and background when merged, need an alpha channel. total black equals 0 and white equal 1.
defining alpha by using shuffle copy, alpha=1, and 2 into RGB then locate where alpha is located among channel and tick the box accordingly.
shuffle done works just like a switchboard that changes color channel
Color grading can cause a break down if lack of understanding. so add unpremult before grade and premult after grade. this makes edeges looks fine and keeps the originality without darkening edges.
quick way to do, inside grade select un premult by rgb.alpha. do either one of thise. this option works with color correction > ranges> unpremult by rgb.alpha

-two letters of support, dated within the last 12 months, signed, on letterhead. These can be from a national or regional organisation, a governing body, an organisation that you are affiliated to or a community organisation or network. These should state the organisation is in support of the project and endorse the organisation applying for funding.
If your organisation holds these
-A copy of an approval letter from the ministry of social development
-Evidence of accreditation from a national body
-A letter of affiliation from a national/regional sports body
-Registration as a licensed early childhood education provider

Decisions are made based on how an application matches the Rata foundations criteria. This includes how a project will help connect, learn, support, participate and sustain within a community
The Rata foundation supply both small and large grants. Small grants are classified as $20,000 and less, Large grants include projects needing funds greater than $20,000.

Small grants: applications always open, the general timeframe for funding decisions will be 10 weeks
Large grants: applications always open, the general timeframe for funding decisions will be up to 4 months.
