Week 14

 


Created a terrain and a cityscape in Blender. For this particular task, I referred to google map data.  


Blender has a special preset called osm where you can import satellite data and model creative buildings, vegetation, Road and railways, etc.

Extracting it as a UV textured image from Blender.



It took me a couple of attempts to get this result.

Step1. separate by selection by going to material properties/ roof
Step2. enable wrangler for Node editor, first need to select principle shader.
